We are doing our utmost to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders (NL) placed before 4 PM on weekdays will be dispatched the same day.

Delivery is handled by the PostNL postman or parcel courier. Delivery will generally take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Please check your order confirmation to ensure you've entered the correct delivery address. All orders are shipped via PostNL. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace link to follow your shipment. If the tracking indicates that the parcel has been delivered, please check your letterbox or the PostNL app for a notification from PostNL.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. After that, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount, including shipping costs, back. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Search for a product by choosing from All medical clogs, Women's or Men's. By clicking on a product, you can find more information and choose a colour and/or size. Then click on Add to basket to shop further. Are you sure you want to buy this product? Then click on Buy now. You will then be taken directly to the checkout form.

Click on the shopping basket at the top right to view your order. Then select Continue Proceed to checkout and enter your address details, then select your payment method. Finally, you will be automatically redirected to the payment page.
