It may happen that you wish to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product after all, or for another reason. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order for up to 14 days after receipt without stating a reason. After cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning your item from your home to the online shop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately £6.95 per package; please consult your carrier's website for exact charges.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the seller with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@clogee.nl. We will then refund the outstanding order amount within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has been received back in good condition. Should the product or its packaging be damaged more than necessary, we may charge you for this reduction in value.

Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for any returns.
